Sushi Course from Matsunozushi

Week 1: Basic Japanese Cooking Skills.

Week 2: Chef Yoshi Tezuka, a fourth generation sushi chef at the renowned restaurant Sushi Matsunozushi (operating since 1911) will provide students with first-hand experience in working and running a sushi restaurant kitchen for the lunch and dinner shifts.
