Tempura Course from Kagurazaka Tenko

Week 1: Basic Japanese Cooking Skills.

Week 2: Students will be trained by Hitoshi Arai, the executive chef and owner of Kagurazaka Tenko, one of Tokyo’s best tempura restaurants, located in Tokyo’s historic Kagurazaka district (the restaurant is inside a former geisha house).
