You decide which dishes you would like to learn -- one main and two sides using seasonal ingredients --  or choose from our suggestions eg oyakodon, gyoza, tonkatsu, okonomiyaki, bento box, teriyaki, nikujaga, takenoko gohan, somen, gyudon, chawanmushi, curry rice/ soba, udon and somen noodles.
